Harada Sake Brewery
Yamashimo Junmai Ginjo Hana Yeast Made Abellian Flower
This brewery is located in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture.
This is the last sake I bought in Takayama in 2014GW.
The Department of Brewing and Fermentation, Junior College of Tokyo University of Agriculture isolated it.
It uses Abelia flower yeast isolated by the brewing department of the Tokyo Agricultural Junior College.
They say it makes fruity sake.
