Yoshiike Cup Sake Series.
The name "Suiki" and the appeal of "Echigo Dry Sake" made us think it would be a sharp and spicy sake, but we were wrong!
I thought it would be a crisp and spicy sake.
I found it to be rather sweet. The taste and aroma of rice and water.
It was delicious!
