Today we have Sari from Fukui's Mouri Shuzo ❗️
On the back of the bottle, it says that "sari" is the origin of the word "shari" meaning "vinegared rice". It is a sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki with that much attention to rice❗️
The aroma is a clean junmai aroma‼️ and when you take a sip, you can feel a slight tingling sensation after the mildness on your tongue. And the taste of pure rice with a sharp spiciness‼️A great sake as a food sake⭕️
