I bought another one... It's really delicious. According to the sake shop, there are only about three in the whole country that use the time-consuming method called "Tenbin Shibori" to make it. The smell of the wooden barrel and the strong flavor are indescribable. I've become a big fan... It's the best.

T.KISO, it's from the same brewery as Furozumi. I also bought a bottle of Furozumi's wooden tank Tenbin Shibori to see the difference between it and Furozumi. Next time, I'll check the difference.
