Ryusen'yaezakura純米大吟醸 結の香
熊谷 朋之
It was Junmai Daiginjo Yuzunokou from Izumikin Shuzo, a mostly local brewery.
It had been canceled due to Wuhan pneumonia, but since they were having their first general meeting & get-together in 3 years, I asked the hotel to specially serve it to me instead of having all-you-can-drink.
When I drank it before, it was a little alcoholic because I drank it chilled, and I thought it aged a little on the second day and was easy to drink.
This time, it was at room temperature, so I wondered how it would be. I wondered, but it had a soft aroma and was easy to drink.
It was totally "fine water!" (^○^)
It goes in easily with any ingredients.
The label was designed with overseas sales in mind.
It comes with an English explanation.
I don't know if it sells well or not.
Very tasty! ( ´ ´ ´ ) No.
