The last Abe of this season is Junmai Ginjo.
The rice used is Gohyakumangoku.
This is the tank 1 type.
The color is clear, the aroma is slightly sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel a tangy acidity, and as it rolls around in your mouth, you feel a calm sweetness, followed by a lingering bitterness.
It is delicious to drink as it is, and it is also good as a food wine.
