Hanaabi美山錦 純米吟醸 無濾過生原酒
まつちよ
The off-the-menu Huayouyu Miyamanishiki was open, so I ordered it 🍶.
I had told the master that I had avoided Huahiyo-yoku before because I had heard it was bitter, so he advised me that "customers who drank it today said it was bitter😌", but I did not feel any bitterness with the Bizen Omachi and Ginpu, so I decided to drink it anyway.
The initial aroma was sweet with a moderate pineapple 🍍 feeling.
In the mouth, there is a smooth sweet flavor with a slight acidity.
The pinappo🍍 feeling is also moderate.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
There was a slight astringency typical of Miyamanishiki, but I did not detect any bitterness.
Is it bitter from the orikara or nigori that I haven't drank yet? 🤔
It was delicious 🍶✨
