First, I had it cold,
Cold = Alcoholic, but has umami and spiciness.
At room temperature: A little less alcohole? The umami and pungency are still there, but milder.
Hot sake = A little more alcohydrate? Spiciness increased a little?
Warmed up: The alu flavor is still there, but it seems to have become a little more bitter.
I always felt the alu feeling at all temperatures, but that's to be expected since it's sake,
I think it's a good price for the taste.
I liked it best at room temperature,
And today's beer,
Oranje by Yebisu Beer.
It was a light beer with a strong citrus flavor.
