Modern Zero Nama Sake ✨ from my favorite Sengoku!
Sentori has been calling themselves "back to Edo" since last year, and they are all about making sake that is mainly sake made using the traditional sake yeast...out of the classic and modern sake that I missed out on last year, this is the one I had this year 😍.
The Retro I drank last year had a strong lemon flavor that is unique to SENKYO...how about the Modern here ⁉️😁?

The aroma is quite light with a hint of lemon 🍋? It has a calm impression 🤔.
The first sip...oh! Hmmm?
It's too light and lemon water 🍋 ran through my mouth ✨.
It's light like... water, so to speak👍
Of course, it has the taste of sake and the sourness of SENKYO, but... this is quite light 🤔.
On the contrary, it seems to reduce the lemon 🍋 feeling of SENKYO as much as possible 💧.
Of course it's delicious, but I think I prefer the Retro I had last year because it has a more intense flavor 🤔.
I think the modern one lacks a little impact 😅.
ps. I didn't feel the fizziness 🫧 of the raw sake 💧.
