It seems that from this year, Jikin is no longer an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The taste was delicious but a little hard.
All the breweries said that the rice did not melt this year, so was this the effect of that?
The first day it was schwapity sweet and tasty, and the second day it was more flavorful! Personally, I prefer the first day.
