The mouthfeel is sweet and the aroma is mild.
No sake feeling when swallowing, a type that disappears quickly.
I couldn't find Asahitaka in Yamagata.
I couldn't find Asahitaka in Yamagata, but I can easily buy Izumikawa, a good sake in the same lineage, so I may switch to this one.
For now, I got two bottles.
