コタロー
Windfall of the Hozu purchased last summer 🏮.
The aroma is densely sweet and sour, like a lactic acid beverage.
When you drink it, you can also smell the sweet aroma of sizzling yogurt and molasses. The taste itself is clear, with a sharp sharpness through the throat. Relatively dry.
The next day, the aroma is still lactobacillus-like, but not so much when you drink it. The citrus acidity is stronger than the day before.
From there on, it moves toward a much cleaner taste, and bitterness also appears. It tastes good, but I think I preferred the second day.
As usual, my nose and tongue could not clearly distinguish the difference between the five no breweries.... The Go-No-Brew was still more complex and dense. I think so....
