This was my first time to try high-level Jyushiyo!
The owner said the upper level was exceptional and when I drank it, it was almost water.
I thought it would change my concept of sake!
To describe it properly, the mouthfeel is smooth like water and you can hardly feel the alcohol. It was like it just disappeared in your mouth. I was convinced that the price was over 10,000 💦.
I'm sure I'll finish a bottle of this in no time.
