I haven't had Urakasumi in about 10 years.
It's delicious. The rice flavor comes through, and then it blooms, and then it runs out.
It's like ✊ ✋ ✌️. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
It leaves a spicy aftertaste, which is different from Dry, but I guess some people would describe it as dry.
So far, this is the best summer sake of the year.
