I happened to stop by KALDI☕️ for another project...they have some kind of sake 🍶!
I opened the bottle of sake I picked up ✨
It said it was brewed with wine yeast, so I had high expectations: ❗️
It's not too aromatic, not too umami, not too bitter... in other words, it's a taste that everyone can enjoy 😊.
It's neither too strong nor too weak... I don't know, everyone likes it? It is a taste that everyone likes👍
In the worst case, it has no characteristics... but it is delicious.
Well, KALDI...they do more than just coffee...recently they've been doing 💦alcoholic beverages as well.
