マグロ漁船
I've wanted to try this brand for a long time.
I hadn't drunk much Nada sake in my life.
Only Kenryo and Sensuke. These two are from the same Nada brewery, but I remember feeling that the quality of the sake was completely different.
I'm not sure about Sakuramasamune.
I don't feel much of a rising aroma. There's a slight hint of ginjo aroma lurking in the background.
When I put it in my mouth, it has a slightly burnt, caramel-like flavor.
Oh, this aroma is similar to Kenryo.
The flavor of the rice is also thick.
Because of the caramel-like flavor, it seems to have sweetness. The taste is rich and mellow.
From the mid-palate onward, you can feel the alcohol coming out.
In the aftertaste, umami, bitterness, and sourness remain. You can also feel the spiciness.
This is certainly a powerful sake, and you can feel the various elements of flavor. It can be used as a sake-within-a-sake.
I thought it was similar to Kenryo.
I'd like to try more Nada sakes.
