Shisora純米無濾過原酒 金色の風

I was curious about this "Murasaki-chu" at <Sake-no-wa>, so I found it at my regular liquor store and bought it immediately. Since we have recently had a series of round, sweet bottles, it was the first time in a while that I had a fresh, non-sweet flavor and aroma. I would say it is dry without being spicy, or sweetness of only rice, or gentle and light ・・・・ It is soft but fatherly with a balance that is not intrusive ⁉️ I would like to drink other kinds of sake too ❣️
<added>The marriage with a darker miso pot with lots of ginger is wonderful ✨.
