もよもよ
Kouzen Josui is a sake that I used to drink long ago when I was not so interested in sake. I think it has a solid sake quality despite its easy-to-obtain distribution volume and price range. I bought it because it was available in 1-gou cans for convenience stores. The cans are less affected by light, etc., and I have the impression that they are suitable for a wide distribution volume of sake. This alone somehow gives a good impression.
I drank it cold, and the aroma was sweet, and the taste was clean with a hint of umami and sweetness. It is not fruity or anything like that. It is not fruity.
I think it goes well with Japanese food. The website says it goes well with dashimaki and tempura. It seems to go well with soup stock.
