I buy these specs when I find them😄.
It has a mild sweetness, a firm umami flavor, and a full body with a perfect sense of alcohol. The aroma has a hint of maturity. It's a good drink and one that fits my tastes 🥰.
I think it is easy to match with meat. It went well with Japanese hamburger steak 😋.
When I drank Okuharima about 3 years ago, I was not attracted to it at all, but I could feel the change in my tastes due to the raw ripe type boom in me 👍.
