It is slightly effervescent because it is a nama-shu.
It is unfiltered, so you can feel the sake-like character.
It has a slight aroma of rice as well as ginjo aroma.
It is easy to drink on its own, but I thought it could easily be used as a food sake.
It is rather sweet.
I think it is a well-rounded sake!
Personally, I prefer sake with a little more rice flavor.
However, I shouldn't ask too much of a daiginjo. LOL!
