Well, folks, it's been a good week! It's cooler now, but still humid due to the typhoon. (Tokyo) Surprisingly, the first Hakkaisan. This is not a regular one? I wonder. When I first opened and drank it, I thought its presence was too strong. Perhaps because I have been drinking round sake, it ended up being punchy and strong. It is not spicy, but rather, hmmm, subtle. A few days later, when I drank it today, I found that it was easy to drink, perhaps because of the accompaniments. However, it was still strong. The alcohol content is 17.5, which is a little high, but I don't think that is the reason. A skilled fisherman said, "This is how sake should be!" (sorry, I'm biased). (Sorry, I'm prejudiced.) If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else! I should say that this is Hakkaisan. Personally, I don't think I will try this one next time. I would recommend it to those who want to get drunk with a strong, punchy sake! I think this is a good choice for those who want to get drunk with a strong, punchy sake. Personally, I do not recommend it to sake beginners. (Of course, I don't know about other Hakkaisan, so there may be a gentle Hakkaisan as well.)
