The acidity stands out like Yamahai, but it is not persistent.
It is dry, but when the temperature rises, you can feel the sweetness like a dried persimmon.
It's light for a Yamahai, so it's good to drink in summer, and it's interesting to let it sit longer.
It has a lot of umami, so it goes well with Japanese food.
