I've always wanted to try Hishiko dry.
I'm wondering if it's really dry.
The aroma is gorgeous!
Fruity, sweet and sour aroma like apples.
Sourness is a little stronger than sweetness
Taste is also somewhat sweet.
It is true that the umami is stronger, but the overall impression is fruity and sweet, and I personally wouldn't call it dry.
Even though it is fruity and dry, it still tastes a little sweeter than that.
The aftertaste is light and watery, leaving nothing behind.
It could certainly be called dry among Hishiko wines.
It's a good sake with a nice sharpness.
