Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi 720ml
Ingredients : rice, rice malt
Rice used : 100% Omachi produced in Akaban
Alcohol content : 16
Rice polishing ratio: 50
The bottle was opened after a year and a half of storage.
The aroma is strong, the juicy sweetness is subdued, and the taste is calm and bitter.
It is not that we were looking for a high degree of maturity, but we could not find Nabeshima in our neighborhood, so we put it away for later use. I guess I put it away for later use.
I thought it was suitable for aging.
I don't feel that it is twisted at all.
