Kido Junmai Daiginjo
I have wanted to drink this sake for a long time. I like it a lot.
It has a subtle aroma of ginjo. It is slightly sweet in the mouth, followed by a gentle spread of rice flavor, and then it just disappears.
It is not as sweet as Hanayuup, and it is not as gorgeous, but it is delicious! It is a sake that you can drink many cups of while thinking, "This is delicious!
This gentle taste is like Misako Tanaka's. I'll buy a bottle next time.
