The new Kurao is made with Miyagi Prefecture's new sake rice, "Gin-no-Iroha".
My previous image was mellow, the sake, but this one is fresh and crisp from the nose ✨.
It's a summer sake 😋.
Is the soft, full flavor due to the Gin no Iroha?
I drank it chilled because of the appearance of the bottle, but after I finished it, I started to wonder about heating it up, which was a bit disappointing.
But it was exquisitely delicious, with a complex bitterness that doesn't end at juiciness, which is unique to light nigori 💕.
