After opening the "Red Comet," we ordered our next round of drinks.
Bakuren Super Dry.
It has a cool, slightly sweet, fruity aroma, a sweet ginjo aroma that passes through the nose behind a firm umami flavor, and then fades out to a refreshingly narrow finish, with a refreshingly clean and slightly sweet aftertaste from the alkaloids.
The sweetness of the alky sweetness that works well in the background while being super dry is intoxicating 😋.
