Schwashy and tangy.
The sourness and slightly chili bitterness are delicious.
The sweetness of the rice lingers in the aftertaste.
It was described as a food wine, but I think it would probably be better with a light wine like cream cheese or grilled fish.
It has character in its flavor, but it's not overpowering (delicate?). So, I ordered food without a pulse because I wanted to eat, so I was defeated by everything.
The impression of drinking it by itself is gorgeous, white wine-like and good.
