100% Tamanae. This sake rice is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki, and the crossbreed of Kore and Miyamanishiki is called Sake Mirai. It has a nice aroma, a round mouthfeel, and a complex and deep aroma that is typical of Eiko Fuji. It has sweetness, a little acidity, and a slight astringency, and can be savored slowly.
