So I tried it.
Kitashizuku, so far only at the end of the year(?) It was supposed to be a Junmai Daiginjo, but I heard that a Junmai Ginjo was also released this year, so I tried it right away. I saw it.
The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, the rice flavor comes through quickly and smoothly with a pleasant sour and bitter taste.
It's a beautiful drink with some flavor, but it's also beautiful.
