Newly brewed raw sake that has been aged in an ice refrigerator at -5°C for more than six months.
It has a melon-like sweetness in the mouth. After aging, the gassiness of the raw sake is gone and it is mellow and very easy to drink.
Although it is called Tororichi, it does not have a thickening taste.
