Tasake Koshiro Nishiki Tasake's purple label? I was thinking What is it about this sake rice that I've never heard of? When I drank it, the taste was soft and fluffy. It seems to be a very rare sake rice and the first rice developed in Aomori. It is the first sake rice developed in Aomori and the only brewery that uses it. I heard that this is the only brewery that uses this rice.
