Slightly yellowish, but highly transparent and clear.
Fruity peachy aroma with a light impression 🤔.
Slightly thick and smooth on the palate
The fruity aroma and the spiciness that is typical of nama sake spreads in the mouth as the aroma suggests.
There is a slight alcohol taste, but the aftertaste is crisp and disappears easily, making it easy to drink without any peculiarities...!
Surprisingly, it goes well with strong flavored food! I tried it with mackerel marinated in mirin and it was an irresistible combination 🤤.
