I bought a bottle for the summer? I did.
It has a fruity green apple aroma and a pleasant residual acidity. It was great to drink it along the river in good weather. It seems to bring out the best if you chill it well.
It went well with oysters in olive oil and enhanced the aroma of the oysters.
