At a trip to Choshi, Chiba Prefecture
I drank this drink at a seafood tavern.
I could feel the sweetness of the rice and
I could feel the sweetness of the rice and the firmness.
(I'm not used to drinking Junmai-shu, so I'm afraid my impressions are quite conventional...)
Rather than sashimi or salad
Rather than sashimi or salad, it went very well with cheese snacks and boiled sea bream!
