5. Sharaku's summer gin light nigori. It is gorgeous and fruity on the palate, but not too sweet, and has bitter and spicy tastes. It is a good summer sake to drink chilled, with a richness typical of sake. Junmai Ginjo, 50%, about 2000 yen, Hasegawa Sake Shop online.
