Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 9th Traveling SAKE (7)
Nanasho is also a brand that is not seen very often, and this was the first time I drank it.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake.
This sake was immediately recommended by a bouken legend. The aroma is very sweet. The aroma is sweet and tasty, with a bit of bitterness. The fruity aroma that passes through the nose is enhanced. Afterwards, the taste is a little bittersweet. It was so shockingly delicious that I bought it.
Kiso Yoshinaka Junmai Ginjo Light
Every year they have a theme for their sake, and this year's theme was a contradiction of the two: low alcohol and pure sake. It is light and easy to drink, but it is still a pure sake. It was light and easy to drink, but it was a low alcohol sake.
Junmai Ginjo Light
Clear in the mouth, with a good balance of sweet, sour, and bitter tastes. It is sharper than the unfiltered nama-genjo-shu.
Kiso Miyamanishiki Junmai
Sweet and sharp. The aftertaste is a little spicy.
Junmai
A little bit classical Junmai, ideal for a mid-meal drink. It does not have the sake taste which is not my favorite.
Daiginjo Ginka
Beautiful sweetness and bitterness with a slight tang. All the sake in this class are delicious.
Some of them are gorgeous, and others are refreshing and easy to drink. Many of them are Miyamanishiki.
