I'm sorry for the rain in May, but this is the second brand for Sake Day, and the other one of my personal top two, Jikin, whose taste is too complicated for me to understand, but I can only say that it's very good.
Since it is Sake Day, I thought that Jikin would be the best sake, so I uploaded it. Jikin is intuitively good, but its taste is so complicated that you can't understand why it is good if you look at it in detail (in my opinion). I feel that it is inviting me into the labyrinth of taste. I would like to keep drinking it. I want to keep drinking it.
