I finally came across a "寫楽" sake.
And it's a bit of a mixed blessing.
Is it released twice or three times a year? I had a hard time finding 寫楽's nama-sake, and when I came across it the other day, I said "aha" 😁.
I left it a week and opened the bottle after a hike 🫡.
The wine has a low acidity and a nice mouthfeel.
The aroma of the wine is beautiful. It has a mild grapefruit-like taste in the middle.
There is an astringent taste in the middle, but it is exquisite and
It has a moderate taste that enhances the umami.
Ahhh...well balanced... 🤭.
