Buy it on the day before your business trip and consume it by the end of the day.
It looks like a good old wine, but it seems to be a blend of 1 year old, 30 years old and 5 years old... I love this kind of perverted (complimentary) thing...(*॑いくまくりまくり*)
The taste is quite acidic, the sweetness is weak and it is a solid old sake.
Maybe because it is blended with something newer, it doesn't have the roundness that is unique to old sake.
It seems that there are different tastes for better or worse, but I like it (*ˊ˘ˋ*).
