Sawaya Matsumoto, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto, Japan. I used to drink it often before I started Sake-no-wa, but it has been a while.
Refreshing acidity with a slight carbonation. It tastes like a white wine, or perhaps not like sake. It goes well with creamed salmon. After having drunk many kinds of sake, I was able to rediscover its unique taste and deliciousness.
