We received this at Kraft Sake Week. It is a low-alcohol, second fermentation in bottle sparkling. It is easy to drink with a schwirl. Maybe because of the acidity? It has a slightly dry impression. It is refreshing and light, so it is good for hot summer days. It would go well with white meat fish sashimi.
