The 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (11) Koyama Honke Shuzo Nada Hamafukutsuru Brewery / "Hamafukutsuru" Hyogo Prefecture I drank "Kukura" at the "HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" in Kobe Hankyu, so I drank one I had never had before. Sogin Ginjo-shu: Sake for carbonated drinks only. I frankly expressed my opinion on a product that is not yet on the market, a sake with carbonated water that I want people to drink very much. They said it is about 5 degrees Celsius with 15 degrees Celsius divided 2 to 1. It was served with soda, but my first impression was that it was too thin, and when I said I wanted it a little thicker, they poured more and I drank it😅.
