The bottle was opened without lees rising. The top clearness has a strong aroma and high acidity. It has a stronger sense of rummy than usual. Citrus fruits are also present. The first thing that comes to mind is a little bitterness and gas. The bitterness is followed by weak acidity and a firm umami flavor. More dry. Tongue roughness is strong. When the lees are mixed, the aroma settles and it becomes more pear-like. The sweetness comes first, and the bitterness is behind the acidity. The umami is also easily felt, as is typical of Garakudai.
