けむとうさん
Shirakawa-go Nigori-shu is available in every store, and I bought it because of the sake feature in the March 2022 issue of dancyu.
The ingredients are rice and malted rice, the rice is 100% domestic rice, and the milling ratio is 70%, and the specifications are clearly stated. The ingredients are rice and koji, the rice is 100% domestic rice, and the milling ratio is 70%. I hesitate to buy sake when it says "brewing alcohol" (personal opinion). The bottle is 1,200 yen.
The taste is, well, easy to drink!
But the taste is lighter than it looks. I drank it on the rocks with ice. It was so easy to drink that I went on drinking until I was about 1cm below the label.
However, to be clear, the local nigorizake was better.
Tomorrow is the first day of a three-day weekend, so that's all I have time for today.
