Hirotogawa nigori draft. The first thing that happened was that the sake gushed out when the bottle was opened, but this was also proof that the sake was still alive. The aroma was almost odorless. The mouthfeel has a slight gassy and sweet taste that is typical of nigori, but the sweetness is very clean and gentle, as is typical of Hirotogawa, and there is no dull aftertaste at all.
It was a great decision to buy this sake at the end of the year. The only drawback is that it is so delicious that I end up drinking too much.
