So, I bought a bottle of Shinsei Viridian Label. My family loves Shinsei, so I bought it for this occasion! This is a fire-brewed sake and made from Misato Nishiki! The aroma is apple and citrus with a wooden vat feel! The taste is sweet and umami! The taste is sweet and umami, with some Shinsei-like acidity and a slight aftertaste, but it is easy to drink. It is a bit thick for a Niimasa, but it is also delicious! Another new aspect of Shinsei!
