The entrance smells of maturity. The aroma of straw is accompanied by a thick, voluminous sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of syrup and cream.
In the mouth, the voluptuous aroma at the entrance is fully spread by the rich, full flavor of rice, which is soon softened by the strong, well-defined acidity.
