HasteIt is said to be a reissue and challenge brand from Kiyamasa Shuzo, but unfortunately I have not had enough Jikin to compare. The price was reasonable, but the taste was as good as expected. It is made from 45% Yamada-Nishiki, wooden casks, and sake yeast. The ginjo aroma and elegant texture on the palate are superb. It is a well-balanced bottle with a solid sake feel without being sweet. I would like to drink it again.
