I bought a bottle at Seijo Ishii, drawn by the pop-up that said it goes well with sashimi and seafood Japanese dishes. We haven't had a sashimi main course dinner recently, so it had been on standby in the fridge for over a month.
Today, our family's annual order for this time of year, "Milk Bottle Sea Urchin from Iwate" arrived: ‼️ The sea urchin in brine goes well with it. It is not disturbing, it is refreshing, and it goes well with your mouth while you cleanse your palate. The sea urchin really comes alive. I'm glad I had it ready in the fridge. ❣️ Thank you for the food.
